Welcome and Namaste!

I’m so glad you’re here.

This newsletter is a space to share my personal journey into the world of Ayurveda—a 5,000-year-old science that feels more relevant today than ever.

My goal is simple: to break down this ancient wisdom into actionable insights that anyone can apply in their daily lives, no matter their background or experience.

A Little About Me

I’ve spent the past 25 years as a classically trained chef, working across various roles in the food industry. Food has always been my passion—it’s the lens through which I learn about people, cultures, and places. But when I began studying Ayurveda, it opened up an entirely new world of wonder and awe.

The wisdom of Ayurveda is astonishing, and I’m learning something new every day. I approach this not as an expert, but as a curious and dedicated student eager to share what I’m discovering.

If you’re interested in the basics of Ayurveda, or curious about how this beautiful system can enhance modern life, you’re in the right place. Together, we’ll explore simple ways to bring Ayurveda into your daily routine—through food, lifestyle tips, and principles that keep us in harmony with nature.

Thank you for joining me on this journey. I’m honored to share what I learn with you, and I can’t wait to discover more together.

Teaching what I know has always been my happy place.

Sharing what I know and learn has always been a source of joy for me. I hope you’ll find inspiration, curiosity, and practical takeaways in this space
