Hello and Namaste,
I’m not sure how we are in April already - but here we are.
I am writing this as a newly minted Holistic Ayurvedic Coach. I graduated a couple of weeks ago and am excited and proud of my accomplishment.
My mission is clear:
Just as I made Indian cooking approachable to thousands of people in the past couple of decades by emphasizing accessibility and setting everyone up for success, I aim to do the same with Ayurveda.
I understand the frustrations of feeling discouraged or turned off by experts who seem more interested in erecting barriers than tearing them down. That's why I'm here to say: don't let fear hold you back.
Ayurveda isn't about rigid rules or impossible standards—it's about understanding your body and finding balance in a way that works for you.
Sure, Ayurveda might recommend freshly cooked meals, but that doesn't mean leftovers are off-limits. Let's ditch the militant mindset and embrace a more flexible approach. After all, progress is better than perfection, and small steps lead to big changes.
With a background in psychology and a preference for encouragement over intimidation, I aim to be the Ayurvedic coach you've been searching for. Together, let's navigate this journey with curiosity, compassion, and a healthy dose of common sense.
In the whirlwind of life, juggling countless responsibilities is the norm. Change is constant, and feeling out of balance is just a part of the journey. The key lies in swiftly and effortlessly realigning ourselves to equilibrium.
Enter Ayurveda.
Over the coming weeks, I'll delve into how I aim to support you and my community using the principles I've learned, and my ongoing studies. Together, let's explore how Ayurveda can be a guiding light on our path to balance and well-being.
Please ask me questions that you would like me to answer in the following posts.
or share your experience with Ayurveda. I would love to hear from you in comments or message me.
Until next time!
Namaste.
